Is Mingle 2 Fake?

It is full of fake accounts. This site is full of scammers, they will put up their numbers but in the end won't do anything , Ipersonally lost atleast Rs 2000 in total but I don't want others to fall in the trap.. I think there are some normal users too as I also made a friend but generally I found only fakes..
